Medal
colors include bright gold, silver and copper with four enameled colors in any shape or
design. All ranges include standard 1 inch neck ribbons for each piece. If a
customized Olympic neck ribbon is needed add 40 cents per unit. Medal sizes larger
than 3 inches are also available. Each additional color adds 5 cents per unit.
In stock medals (no
customization) ship in one week. Customized medals ship within nine weeks depending
on complexity. Rush orders may be filled more quickly, costs will vary.

Pin colors include
bright gold, silver or copper with four enameled colors in any shape or design.
Closures come in a choice of two styles; safety pin or military clasp. Each
unit is individually polybagged. Cloisonné pins are an additional 50 cents per
unit with an added $25.00 charge per mold - a one time fee for orders under 2,500
units. Orders above 10,000 or 2 inches in size are also available. Each
additional color adds 5 cents per unit. Any shape, cut-out or pin design can be
made.
Customized pins ship
within 9 weeks depending on complexity. Rush orders may be filled more quickly,
costs will vary.

Valian's USATF
championship medals are enameled in red, white and blue. The medals are available in
bright gold, silver and copper and are always in stock. Cast medals can be
twin-sided with the reverse used to customize the meet, event and/or sponsor.
Ribbons and top pins in Columns B, C, D include custom imprinting.
Awards in Columns B
& D are mounted on color coded, rigid, flocked cards and are individually polybagged.
The medals in Column
B have a customized top ribbon, up to 3" x 4 1/2" ( a copyrighted
application). These ribbons are available in a wide variety of colors and imprints
with up to 8 lines with 18 characters per line (144 total) as well as a custom logo
imprint.
The medals in Column
C have an Olympic neck ribbon (1 5/8" x 30"). These ribbons are
available in a wide variety of colors and imprints with up to 4 lines with 40 characters
per line (160 total) as well as a custom logo imprint. They are available for the
same price as plain red, white and blue wide neck ribbons. Imprinting on both sides
of the neck ribbon is available for an additional 40 cents per unit.
The medals in Column
D have an individualized top pin enameled medal (1 3/4" x 1 1/2") that replaces
the pin drape ribbon (a copyrighted application). In addition to customizing the
award for a given meet, other imprints (e.g., club logos, city skylines, stadium scenes,
sponsor themes, corporate logos) can be included on the top pin.
Engraved plates and
plastic boxes are available for all award categories.
Enameled medals and
standard ribbons, (in stock items) can be delivered within 2 weeks. Custom ribbons
can be delivered within 4 weeks. Twin sided cast medals can be delivered within 7
weeks. Enameled top pins can be delivered within 9 weeks. Rush orders require
at least 5 days lead time for in stock items and 10 days for custom ribbons. Special
shipping and rush handling fees will be added.
- The standard
thickness of each medal is 3/32".
- The enameled medals
consist of pure brass or copper planchets.
- The medals are made
using a stamping process rather than etching.
Refunds will be
issued after repricing to fit appropriate quantity range.
The refund rate per
medal is: $1.30 = 11/2" $1.50 =
13/4" $1.60 = 2" etc.
